There was free Wi-Fi in public areas and the service in general was exceptional. Booked standard twin room, that included a safe and a hair dryer. The staff team was very friendly. The location was easy: chemist's and a supermarket were within walking distance...

Its EASY, central location was a plus. The hotel was placed 5 km away from the airport. Had facilities needed in my standard queen room, including a mini bar, an electronic key card, and a work desk. I could see street from the room.

The location was easy, you can visit Praca da Cruz Vermelha by walking. The room we had included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe.

Didn't like the area, it was really bad.

It was as expected, had a nice stay for 1 night. The hotel was an excellent home base for enjoying a pretty quiet area, short walk to bars and restaurants, the main train station, and Escadaria Selaron, Lapa Arches, Santa Teresa, Carioca Station which is a 20 minute walk. The room I had was big and bright with a tv which was nice and the staff was excellent!

Where was pool?.

Clean hotel in a nice building just next door to Santa Teresa and Leblon as well as the public buses. Brand-new rooms with a tv which was nice available. Magnificent and amazing location right at Museu Chacara do Ceu Museum. Also, close to everything.

I've had an absolutely amazing stay for 1 night. The hotel had a central location and it was right at Museu Chacara do Ceu Museum. It was across the interesting area.

The setting was quite comfortable within easy reach of an 18th-century aqueduct. Distance to the airport was just 0.5 miles. The staff was well-mannered, provided a quick check-in and a late check-out. The room was neat and bright.

Hotel overlooked city and the room was brand-new. The venue was in a central location short walk to Brazil, Rio de Janeiro and Santa Teresa and many tourist spots. It also was close to many sights.

I loved the lively and energetic atmosphere of the surrounding neighborhood. There were plenty of entertainment and dining options nearby.

I felt extremely safe during my stay and the staff were always willing to help.

The breakfast was satisfactory with forgottable coffe, with a wide range of food. The standard twin room was bright, included a shower, a hairdryer and toiletries. The location was incredibly comfortable close to everything and the staff here was really helpful. The lunch in Mamao Com Acucar close to the hotel had every choice imaginable: D

It is a great property located in Downtown Rio de Janeiro district next to Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, and restaurants, disco and subway. Very attentive and well-mannered stuff as one would expect. Thank you for a nice stay.

We loved staying at this place! The location was perfect, close to many attractions and with easy access to transportation. The staff was friendly and always willing to help us with anything we needed. Room service and housekeeping were exceptional and we appreciated the tours/ticket assistance available. The room amenities were great too, with air conditioning and a mini-bar, and we enjoyed watching the flat-screen television after a long day exploring the city.

In addition, we also enjoyed the leisure facilities, such as the jacuzzi and the flat-screen tv in the lounge area. The free wi-fi in public areas was a bonus, and we felt safe and secure with the 24-hour reception and security.
